These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Property Guide Online website at www.propertyguideonline.com and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Property Guide Online, C-28 & 29, Sector 62, Noida - 201301, India. By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or submitting an enquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility and Age Restrictions

The Service is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Property Guide Online acts as a listing and lead-generation platform and, unless expressly stated, is not a party to any sale, purchase, tenancy or lease agreement between users.

User Accounts

Certain features (such as the agent portal) require you to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, to keep your login credentials confidential, and to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account. Agent accounts are subject to admin review and approval before activation. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

• Do not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings or enquiries
• Do not use the Service to harvest data, scrape content, or send unsolicited communications (spam)
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems
• Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, is defamatory, obscene, or unlawful
• Do not use the Service in a way that violates applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000

Property Enquiries and Third-Party Dealings

When you submit an enquiry, request a valuation, or contact an agent through the Service, you authorise us to share the relevant details you provide with the relevant property owner, agent, or service partner in order to respond to your request. Any resulting transaction, viewing, tenancy or purchase is strictly between you and that third party; Property Guide Online is not responsible for the conduct, representations, or performance of agents, owners, or other users.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-submitted listing content and third-party trademarks), including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Property Guide Online and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
